Our goal is to keep you happy with your purchase.
We believe in the golden rule, treat others how you yourself would like to be treated. Our priority is our customers. WE WANT TO MAKE YOU HAPPY!
You are welcome to return any regularly priced items for a refund of the price you paid or a store credit. If you prefer to have an exchange for a greater or equal value then we will ship the new item with no additional shipping fee. (Sorry clearance items and wholesale or special orders are excluded from this offer. USA ONLY)

Please inform us within 7 days of receipt of item. We MUST receive your return within 30 days of original sale date or your item will not be refunded or returned. BUYER PAYS ALL RETURN SHIPPING FEES* THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY.*Your shipping and handling fees will NOT be refunded. All returns should be shipped to us with delivery confirmation from the carrier or we will NOT be held responsible for the receipt of items.

Just send your items back WITH A COPY OF YOUR INVOICE which includes your order number and first and last name. Your return WILL NOT BE PROCESSED WITHOUT A COPY OF YOUR INVOICE!

Your credit will be issued when the items returned are evaluated to be in salable condition.
If you cut open a strand it is NO LONGER RETURNABLE even if you have restrung it. NO EXCEPTIONS.

PLEASE ALLOW 10 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER DELIVERY FOR REFUNDS TO SHOW UP ON YOUR ACCOUNTS.
WE DO NOT PROCESS REFUNDS SATURDAY, SUNDAY OR MONDAY. IF THERE WAS A HOLIDAY THEN EXPECT YOUR REFUND TO TAKE LONGER.



YOUR SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. If the items you are returning had free shipping, then your shipping fees will be assessed at a MINIMUM of $5.00 or 15% of the item cost whichever is greater.

RETURNS GREATER THAN $100.00 (Merchandise Value Before Discounts) will be assessed a 20% restocking fee.

Wholesale orders, special orders and custom made jewelry are not returnable.
